Please inspect your order upon delivery. Sandflo Golf Co. warrants putters and covers for quality of workmanship for a period of 30 days. All other products deemed to be defective in any nature must be reported via email within 48 hours of package arrival. All warranty claims must receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) prior to returning the product. Any returned product received by Sandflo Golf Co. without an approved RA# may not be processed.
In order to obtain an RA#, submit a request through our online contact form, or email directly to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include the reason for your request. If approved, we will provide the RA#, and any additional information needed to complete the process.
Defective products will be repaired or replaced with the same or equivalent products when available. If unavailable a merchandise credit or refund will be issued. Refunds may take up to 2 weeks to appear on your credit card or PayPal account. Sandflo Golf Co. reserves the right to deny any warranty claim for any reason.
Warranty will be denied for the following:
- Products that are damaged, abused, or altered by purchaser
- Products without original proof of purchase
- Products missing accessories
- Products that are damaged during the return shipment
- Warranty period expired
- Products received without RA#
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Due to the limited edition, custom, and one of a kind nature of some of our product line please make note of the following rules. All putters, headcovers and handcrafted items are final sale and are non refundable and cannot be returned for a store credit. Shirts, Hats, Grips and some other accessories may be returned for a store credit at the discretion of Sandflo Golf Co. Any additional shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
All damaged or faulty items received must be documented and notice received within 48 hours of acceptance of package. We stand behind our products 100% and ensure they are depicted as shown on this site and will arrive in the same manner. If they do not due to shippers error, please let us know so we can make arrangements for replacement or refund.
Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Due to high demand, please note that some items may sell out within a matter of minutes. Many products on this website are limited production and as such we cannot supply you with products from past releases. The Sandflo Golf Co. Staff may, at its own discretion and without giving reason, limit quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer. We may also require verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or shipment of any order.
While it is our practice to confirm orders by email, the receipt of an email order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order or our confirmation of an offer to sell a product or service. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an email confirming the shipment of your order (the "shipping confirmation").
Our goal is to always provide items sold on this site to you as soon as possible. In the rare case that an order is accepted for an item that is out of stock, we will make every effort to ship the product to you as soon as possible or offer a full refund if the product is not available.

We may cancel an before we have accepted it and we may rescind our acceptance and cancel any order, or any portion thereof at our discretion, even after your receipt of an order confirmation or after your credit card has been charged.
We will cancel any order in which we suspect bot software has been used to automatically checkout or allow a customer an unfair advantage in checkout speed. For high demand releases, we typically add a security question to the checkout process, and any incorrect or blank answers to the security question will result in an order cancellation. Any order that has been posted for resale on eBay or any other site, or promoted online in any way including promotion within comments on social media posts, before the item has been received by the customer is subject to order cancellation. Any Sandflo Golf co. product being resold using photography from our website or our social media pages is subject to cancellation.
Any customer offering a "pre-order" for a product that has not yet been released will have any successful order(s) cancelled for that release and for all future releases.

Orders are normally shipped within ASAP. In most cases, orders take anywhere from 2-6 business days to reach their final destination when shipped to Sweden . International shipments can take 4-11 business days or more depending on customs. We currently do not ship to APO/FPO or PO boxes.
For international orders, shipping costs do not include duties, taxes or other import fees assessed by governments outside Sweden. Additional import duties, taxes or fees assessed once your shipment(s) reaches the destination country may vary and are your responsibility as they are not within the control of Sandflo Golf Co. When you order goods to be shipped to a foreign country, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all local laws and regulations in connection with the shipment. Please note that the value of your order(s) must be listed on the outside of your package for customs purposes. Customs may elect to open your package(s) and inspect all goods. Please contact your local customs authorities with any questions regarding fees and inspections.
All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
